My contest account was blown due to lack of proper risk management and oversleeping, like Mr Dickson said we should treat our demo accounts like real account and ensure patience and risk management which will lead to a profitable trade
N/B 0.01 lot size cannot buy Lambo 😂😂😂, so ensure proper money management with a little touch of risk and patience which will lead to profitability

I like the rules because that serves as a stop loss getting out from within 10 minutes, if you are not able to make a profitable trade, you are out, so I think that is a good risk management
